Should there be an agerestriction  on social media

The Internet is really usefull, but it has some really bad sides like cybermobbing, aggresive Videos and pornography. Children watching some of these things dont understand the consequences it can bring. Older People are more mature and know the consequences. But still I dont like the idea of having an age restriction of 18 years on the Internet. It can help to contact people, it can help for learning in school and a lot of other things. I think there should not be an age restriction on the Internet, but there are programs that can avoid children to go to specific pages. Those programs should be used more.

Amanda Todd was a normal girl who destroyed her life with just one little mistake. I think its terrible how affective the Internet is now a days. With just one photo everybody started hating Amanda. She moved Schools and Citys several times but nothing changed for better, instead it got even worse. She couldnt trust anybody and if she did, it would end up terrible. I cant understand how People can hate someone so much that they just want her to die. Not even one Person tried to help her and she must have felt so alone that i understand her reactions. I think if only one Person would have felt sorry for her and would have helped her it would have ended up different.

The Circle

Today I am going to talk to you about the circle, whether it would be a good decision to make it real or not.

The Circle is a program like Facebook in which People can sign up. This program would help to have a 100% vote participation. It has Advantages but also a lot of Disadvantages.

The main Advantage is that the vote quote would be much higher than it is without the program, a lot more People would vote and the results would be more exact.

But the Disadvantages are, that it is a program so People could hack into it and falcificate the results.

A lot of People are not able to acces a Computer which would also cause some Problems.

I think it is a good idea, but to make it work perfectly there is still a long way to go.

The Evolution of Communication

This Cartoon is showing 5 men on a hill. The first Person is on the left lower part of the hill. This Person has a bent over back. These two signs show that this Person is on a lower Level of intelligence. The Person is writing into rock which was the first way to communicate.
The second Person is a bit higher up the hill and his back is not as bent as the back of the first guy.
This Person is printing paper which is a newer way to communicate than the words on Stone.
The third Person is on the top of the hill, his back is straight. he is reading a book and wearing glasses which makes him look really intelligent.
A bit lower down the hill is another Person who is texting on a Laptop, his back is a bit bent down.
The last Person is on the right lower part of the hill, he is texting or tweeting on his phone. His back is really bent down again and he doesnt look really intelligent.

This Cartoon is showing us, that our Evolution is going down again. The technollogy is getting a lot better but we ourselves are getting more and more like we were on the beginning.

I think this Picture has a true message. The technollogy is doing all for us, we are letting our phones think for us and we are getting stupid again.

I use Social media everyday, to communicate with people, to share photos and Videos and to see what other people are sharing. Social media can be really helpful, like with homework and events. But it can also be a waste of time which is really bad.
